We use a milestone-based payment structure: a deposit at signing, progress payments at key stages, and a final payment upon your complete satisfaction. We accept all major payment methods.

Yes, we manage the entire permitting and inspection process on your behalf. Our team is well-versed in local building codes to ensure your project is 100% compliant from start to finish.

All renovation work comes with a minimum 2-year workmanship warranty. Many materials and fixtures also carry manufacturer warranties. Our Home Warranty service extends coverage even further.

Services Scope: All work performed by Dream Home Creative is as specified in the signed project agreement. Additional work requires written amendment.
Payment Terms: Payments are due per the milestone schedule outlined in the project contract. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.
Cancellation Policy: Projects cancelled after commencement are subject to payment for work completed plus reasonable demobilization costs.
Permits & Compliance: Dream Home Creative will obtain necessary permits; the client is responsible for HOA approvals and property access.
Warranty: A 2-year workmanship warranty is provided. Warranty is void if modifications are made by unauthorized parties.
Liability: Dream Home Creative' liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during renovation.
Materials: Client-supplied materials are used at the client's risk. Artisan Homes is not responsible for defects in client-provided products.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be addressed through mediation before pursuing legal action in the applicable jurisdiction.
Amendments: These terms may be updated periodically. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
Intellectual Property: All designs, plans, and specifications remain the property of Dream Home Creative until final payment is received in full.
Subcontractors: We reserve the right to engage qualified subcontractors for specialized work; all subcontractors are covered under our insurance and warranties.
Site Conditions: Client is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted site access, adequate utilities, and storage space during the project.
Change Orders: Any changes to scope, materials, or timeline must be submitted in writing and may affect project cost and schedule.
Force Majeure: Dream Home Creative shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, or labor disruptions.

Data Collection: We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it through our forms or communications.
Use of Information: Your information is used solely to provide requested services, send relevant communications, and improve our offerings.
Data Security: We employ industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your personal data from unauthorized access.
